Lone Bear Coffee: Shipping Policy

We know you're excited to get your hands on our coffee and gear! Since our products come from two different specialists, we use a dual-shipping process. Please read this policy to understand how your order will be fulfilled.

Our Fulfillment Process

Your order may contain items from two separate locations and, therefore, may arrive in two separate packages on different days. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

1. Shipping for Coffee (Cedarville, MI)

Our roaster works hard to get the freshest coffee to you.

  • Processing Time: Most coffee orders are processed and ready for shipment within 1–3 business days. This allows time for fresh roasting and packaging.

  • Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping options calculated at checkout. Transit times typically range from 3–7 business days after processing, depending on the destination.

2. Shipping for Gear (Printify Vendors)

Our custom apparel and accessories are made after you order them by our Printify partners.

  • Processing Time: Gear production takes longer than coffee. Please allow 2–7 business days for your items to be printed, packaged, and prepared for shipping.

  • Shipping Methods: Shipping is calculated at checkout. Transit times can vary widely based on the Printify vendor's location and your delivery address, but are generally between 4–10 business days after the item is created.


Important Shipping Notes

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking numbers for each package as they are shipped out. If you ordered both coffee and gear, expect two separate tracking emails.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight, size, and destination of your entire order, regardless of how many shipments it requires.

Delivery Issues

  • Estimated Times Only: All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once the package leaves our roaster or vendor, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. We are not liable for any delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or events outside our control.

  • Risk of Loss: Once your order is transferred to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you (see Section 4 of our Terms of Service).

  • "Delivered" but Missing: If the tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors and contact the carrier immediately. Our Refund & Replacement Policy outlines the steps for dealing with lost or damaged shipments.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an outdated or incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for the cost of re-shipment.
